I would love to know this as well. If anyone from chess.com is reading this thread: These notifications are unacceptable and make me want to uninstall the app. Why offer notification settings if you’re just going to ignore them?

I have turned off all notifications via chesscom settings and via my iOS settings. The literal only notification I have allowed to appear on my mobile is when it's my move.
I still get notifications trying to get me to play puzzles and other chesscom's functions even though I don't want to at all, how do I permanently turn this off?
