Well, I don't know when your account can be upgraded, but I'd suggest to you to wait a few (2-3 days). If your account hasn't been upgraded yet, then use this link to fill out a report for Chess.com:
http://support.chess.com/Tickets/Submit
You will probably need to go under "Billing Services" or "Account Problems", something similar to those names. I don't know what you should put there besides your problem. Chess.com Help and Support will guide you from there. I hope I can help!

i finally payed for the upgrade of my account. i payed trough moneybookers
and they sent the money to moneybookers@chess.com. When can i expect my
account to be upgraded ?
