I would like to upgrade my current Diamond membership to the Friends & Family plan.
My Diamond subscription was originally purchased through the iOs App Store. When I try to manage or upgrade the subscription via Apple, the Friends & Family option is not available.
Could you please let me know how I can upgrade my subscription in this case? The "Chessica"-Bot does not help me

The Friends and Family plans are not available on the app stores. You can only get them on the website if you don’t currently have an app store upgrade.

No, at this time you can only sign up for the Friends & Family Plan on web. But Friends & Family Plan members will enjoy Diamond benefits on all web, iOS, and Android.
