Upgrade to platinum from iphone

hello

I upgraded from Gold to Platinum account from my iphone. I was told that everything is OK with the upgrade and according to iphone my subscription is now "Platinum". But in the game it self (on the iphone/ipad or online), it still shows "Gold".

Why is that? what can I do to be really upgraded to Platinum in the game itself?

I'm showing your are still gold on the website as well. If the app store account is tied to a different email then the platinum didn't get applied to this account.

You should double check that.

I use one account only. I use the same account online and in the iphone. it is tied to the same email .what can I do to get the upgrade? strangely the date was changed to today 3 April both online and in the app, so the date indeed changed but the golden was not upgraded to platinum. so the system recognizes that there is a change today. what is the purpose of the change if the status remains gold?
