but chess.com staff will contact you right?
I never did that myself, but chess.com staffs will always be able to answer you about your refund if you have any questions.

that only happens when you try to unupvote the same comment (and even that comes in after some time)
e.g. first five here have 2 upvotes the second one is me

Is it normal that I can upvote / downvote only a certain quantity of comments in a forum?
I mean, for example, I upvote 4 comments in a row. Then, the 5th comment I upvote is not showing the 1, it still shows 0...
