Urgent Attention Needed: Server Overload

This problem started on 4th February. Everything was fine today until evening. But when I entered the website today, I encountered:

1) Slow loading times: Entering the platform took much longer than usual.

2) Missing customization: My custom background, board, and pieces were initially absent, replaced by the default ones.

3) Error 502??

4) Forum submission failure:

In fact, I've also submitted this forum few minutes ago. Even if it said 'Your forum topic has been submitted' It actually didn't post this forum. When I checked if anyone replied, I found out that the forum wasn't even get submitted. This raises concerns about potential communication problems.

Please fix it A.S.A.P 

Additionally, investigating the failures would be greatly appreciated by me and the whole community.
