Using explorer

Hi, I am trying to use explorer to study my own results with different openings, but only a tiny number of my games are showing in the database.  I have played over 800 games but only 44 are showing in the data-base.  Is there some way of importing all my games?  Or is it a premium membership feature?  I am currently a Gold member.

I have been having similar problems. Seems many of my games stopped going to the database in Dec 2020. When I review my openings or chess.com explorer the games are not there. I've posted in another forum and I've sent a bug report but I am yet to get a response.

I am a Premium Member, and I truly hope this gets resolved.

It's possible there is a bug, but when you go into the feature, it mentions it is importing games and to check back. So, try again and if it still doesn't show, from that page use the Help menu to create a bug report.

 

I just looked and it seems like they are all there.

It might have been the same for you. I'm seeing games from this year for you.
