I have been having similar problems. Seems many of my games stopped going to the database in Dec 2020. When I review my openings or chess.com explorer the games are not there. I've posted in another forum and I've sent a bug report but I am yet to get a response.
I am a Premium Member, and I truly hope this gets resolved.
Hi, I am trying to use explorer to study my own results with different openings, but only a tiny number of my games are showing in the database. I have played over 800 games but only 44 are showing in the data-base. Is there some way of importing all my games? Or is it a premium membership feature? I am currently a Gold member.
