Hello,
I accidentally purchased a Platinum membership and shortly after made another mistake and upgraded to Diamond.
Both purchases were unintentional.
This happened very recently and I haven't used the benefits.
Could you please refund the extra charge or one of the memberships?

You'll need to contact Support directly using the option in the menu. Be sure to use the Billing related option. However, unless you upgraded on the iOS app store, the change to diamond would have only changed you the difference between the diamond cost and the Platinum .

Support should be able to refund that part if you wanted to just keep Platinum

Thank you for your suggestion. I've contacted their support line now, and they said they will send an email within 1-3 business days.
