v3 Live Chess not working?

I've been using v3 for the past week, but somehow I can't use Live Chess anymore. The navbar stays but the main content won't load.

 You might try clearing your cache and cookies. If that doest work, check it on v2.

happening to me too on v3 since last night. I've always played on my iPad till just 1 month ago, I've played on the computer on v3 and loved the way it looks. i don't play on the old chess because i can't see the time or the opponents rating. if theres a way i can change that in settings i don't see it. if you know it'd be great, thx

btw i tried clearing my browser cache and still nothing.

v2 shows the time and rating and I don't think there is a way to remove either in the settings.

Yeah, I can get into Live with no issues.

What browser are you on?

I'm on a MAC using safari

so i went ahead and downloaded google chrome browser and v3 works. its the browser that was the problem/ thx for bringing that up vintagepawn.

Getting a blank screen, aside from the sidebar on Live too. Mac and Safari. Is this a bug that will get fixed soon? Always used to work OK.

you have to get a new browser like google chrome. thats what i did and it works now for me. but when i try on safari it wont work. 

I've used Safari in the past but I'm not extremely familiar with it. I know that on v2, Firefox and Chrome were suggested browsers for the site.

That said, if there is a way for Safari to be opened using a default profile, you might try that too. There have been some weird issues where profiles on the browser (in particular I've seen it on Firefox) have caused problems. Not sure if it was a corrupted/cached file that wasn't getting cleaned correctly or what, but might be worth a try.

safari works...sometimes. it worked for me for a while then just stopped. thats when i downloaded google chrome and its been working just fine after that. get chrome for your phone and your good man.

I observe this on both v2 and v3 from time to time. My suspicion is that developers are constantly tweaking/improving the website, so these issues are likely to persist as long as v3 remains in beta stage. Don't think that it's a problem with any particular browser, although the changes might work out differently in each one.

After the last time that v3 live chess didn't work for me (actually, the whole v3 website wasn't working right a few days ago), I noticed some significant tweaks to the overall website interface and functionality. I'm speaking of subtle changes, nothing major.

V3 Live Chess server has been completely broken for several days  in Internet Explorer and bug reporting doesn't work in IE11 either.

Using chrome as alternative browser, but this is crazy that the IE11 browser used by vast majority of PC users doesn't work!

 Yep.  This is what appears in IE11 at https://www.chess.com/live :-(

If you completely log out of the site and clear your cache, it still comes up like that? 

 Interestingly enough, I'm getting that right now.
