v3 questions

v3 is terrible.

there are many problems,

my current issue is that in team vs team games i cannot see if it is a normal chess or a 960 game (until I join and see my rating and then withdraw)

also I have a problem of re-appearing messages even though I deleted them

also I can't find a generic inbox, when I press the envelope some times I got only messages from a specific member some other times messages VERY old (months!, even previous year)

V3 is not user-friendly.

And if that wasn't bad enough, it now can no longer allow access to V2.

Almost as if Chess.com is deliberately going out of it's way to make V3 gradually worse.

To me, the point of progress is to make things better. Not worse.

significant, quick growth typically equates to a decline in customer service/support. that is what has happened here, imo. many questions in this topic (and others) in help & support, mind you, go without any response from staff.

Does anyone know the official means of filing issues concerning various glitches in V3. please?  I seem not to be able to find the place any more. I must be losing it, or it is losing me.

That's the problem with v3.  There is no place to complain about v3.

That's either a cache problem or a your computer problem General.

I am a programmer too.... and really don't understand their obsession keeping up with v3, it is slower, buggy, nonfunctional....

I am only here because it is free.

really, why? of all the issues, this is changed? how about going through this topic to see what your customers want, instead of navigating the way rain man might. 

another issue that i have mentioned at least a year ago bit me in the ass again yesterday. no copy/paste for moves in vote chess. it worked in v2.

i really want to post a vid about the incompetence here, complete with a description...as our writing must be included now.
