These complaints come up over and over again.
My advice is, just ignore that game, as soon as he makes a move, it will move back to the top of the list. Start a few new games, sometimes it is abuse, sometimes it is legit, really no way of telling for sure, I think.
Then... it makes not a differance in the least, you will lose the game none the less.
Well he can wait, and then start up another game and wait until that person is forced to play the game like an adult.
