You were playing 1 day/move games and left the game for 2 days. I'm not sure what you expect. If you can't get back to them in time you lose.

The only 2 possibilites I can imagine:
1. No vacation games/tournaments.
2. You didn't set up a Vacation or you didn't have any Vacation day left.

If you didn't turn on your vacation time mode you would have lost on time sorry. Looking at your games history, your most recent games lost on time were all 1 day games.
Where is the vacation mode please? I'll be going aways soon.
