Verbal Abuse

Hey guys, I joined chess a year ago, I got to 1300 blitz and 1400 rapid, but I recently got lots of bad messages when I won or escaped worse positions with a draw. I think Verbal Abuse on chess.com is not punished enough and players often continue after getting a warning.
I was in this game [removed -- MS] when I misscalculated and lost a rook, but I eventually escaped with a draw, opponent here called me [removed} which is really messed up. 
Hope you guys can do something to fix this issue on chess com

If you have an issue with another member you should report them directly to staff, instead of posting to the forums.

Disturbing and abusing without any reason and force to freindship and other things

Hello,
Today I come back to Chess and in all games the players were doing Verbal Abuse. I just take print screen for the last game. From today, I will print all verbal abuses.
On this print screen, an example. I played the first game and I won. He asked the second game, then he started to say to me resign in the middle of game. Then, I have the idea to print and report here. 
What about the Chess is doing about thoese loosers?

Nah...its not being slightly toxic...this is infuriating. You dont tell someone to resign. Unless hes cleary trying to waste your time. Otherwise its pretty rude.
