Video lessons- on IPad browsers wont load (Diamond Membership)

The new chess lessons followed by interactive learning tools are excellent ...on a pc/mac.

I use an ipad pretty much all the time to access chess.com but the video lessons just show up blank
The ipad app doesnt yet include these lessons (though apparently they exist for iphone).
So...that leads me to the browsers (on ipad). Lesson videos dont load on any ipad browser (chrome/safari/firefox). The video screen is there but ...just black. I can continue to lesson challenges ...just no video.
Weirdly...I can access all other video content on chess.com.

Anyone else experience the same???

p.s. All my software is up to date/browser cache etc cleared and latest ios system is operating. This technical issue has already been forwarded to the tech guys over a week ago ...but havent heard back from them.
