Videos for lesson do not work anymore

Hi 

Since a few days, when attempting to look at lessons videos , it does not.working anymore.

It is just a picturen with a text description.

How can i recover the.video which.are much more efficient

i did notice, the videos are not there anymore. and i don't like that at all.

the videos where one of the reasons for my chess.com membership. not sure if i will continue.
