I am a big fan of the teaching videos under the LEARN/VIDEOS switch and have been watching them daily for some time.
For some reason they have stopped working with the message "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or the network failed or because the format is not supported." I tried a few including Anna Rudolf's Airplanes and Minefields which I know was working yesterday.
I have tried both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge and am trying to access them from the UK. I have an up-to-date diamond membership valid to August 2019.
Any help gratefully received.
