Just click on a user's name, going to their profile page. The "Games" tab will display all their games. I don't know if there is more you can see there if you're a premium member, but that's where I can see a list of other people's games.

Thanks andrew, but I don't think I made it clear what I was wanting. I want to be able to see every single game being played online in a list format.
