Wait it's taking longer than usual to connect - issue

I've tried to play just a single online game on chess.com since almost 3 days. But everytime I try to search the message appears "Wait its taking longer than usual to connect" and after that nothing happens. I restarted my PC, I tried every browser I have installed (Edge, Firefox and Chrome). Nothing helps. The App on my phone works just fine but I can't start literally any online game on the web version.

I have the newest Version of Windows 10 installed

This is happening to me too.  I can play puzzles, but no games.

There was a change made today to assist with some areas that were experiencing issues. Are you having the problem right now? Which interface are you using?

Are you using the Play interface or Live Chess?

Having the same issue here after 'Play', Chrome and Edge (Windows 10), over 400Mb FTTP.  No issue on iPad or on Linux machine on the same network.

It does occasionally connect after many minutes, after which the game progresses normally.

From the debug console it just cant connect to the server:

That log shows you're having an issue with a browser extension. Pretty sure that has nothing to do with the site.

Still the same problems to connect chess.com, and is not users conectivity. It randomly stops working.

Have lost 2 games because suddenly connection failed even though my internet is perfect. Pathetic site, this is a recurring issue.

I am currently experiencing this issue as well, never happened before and it's not on my end.

There were issues and restart this morning, around the time of those posts, which have been resolved.
