In the live chess settings, there's a setting "Auto-Watch Top Game". Check to see if it's on.
Also, check to see if you have any game watch tabs open in the live chess interface.

When playing on the desktop I have to mute the tab because I get random piece movement sounds that are not from my game. Anyone had this problem?
