@Pratham, please note that we normally do not comment on specific account closure reasons. However, you can assume that If an account was closed for abuse/fair play, the account was closed for some violation of the TOS (terms of service) or community guidelines or was a returning account of someone who did.
What does it mean

What does it mean if a x mark with a white circle is next to a players username
First I thought it was a flair but when I checked it wasnt please answer what does it mean

Closed inactive means the player closed their own account.

Thanks for your help buddy but in lichess if a following account violates terms of services we immediately get refund. But in chess.com I didnt get points refund if I lost to a player who violated terms of services? Why is it so?

It depends on when you played the and how the account was close. I don't think automatic closures get point refunds, if the closure was for live I don't think Daily games get them (or the other way around) and it may even be down to game type, and if the game was too old, it doesn't get refunded.

hello Martin i see you can open this how you open it
I answered in another topic, but you have to be premium to unlock that one since you have to be able to use the Explorer feature on your own games past move 5.

You can get points for recent games when it is a closure due to fair play.
