What happened to my puzzle rating?

Hi guys, my puzzle rating crashed from 3006 to 2000 in one day. That day, I didn’t play any puzzles because i was at school (It was Friday). The next day, I saw my puzzle rating drop down significantly and first I thought someone hacked into my account but then I saw my history and
i didn’t see any puzzles played. Also when i get a puzzle wrong, it only subtracts about 20 points from my rating, not 1000. I also saw this happening to my friend which had his rating drop about the same and it was also the same day. Can Chess.com tell me what’s going on??
