After 50 moves without any captures or pawn moves, the "offer draw" button will turn into a "claim draw" button. What you do then is... press it!!
EDIT - just to be clear, that's 50 full moves, ie 50 moves by each player.

hello there is a game going on for 200 moves that is a draw and i had the same problem
i played with the same lady that did not accept draw and the chat was disabled
how could i claim draw ?
