If you disable chat in one game, you can't renable for that game. Check your settings and verify that chat is enabled. If those are set to enabled you might try toggling to disabled and back to enabled to see if that fixes it.

If none of that works staff may have to fix your settings on the back-end. So, opening a ticket may help.

Log into 'Live chess' and click  'Settings' at top right. on the settings window, go to 2nd tab that is 'Play', search for option 'CHAT', check whether it is 'Always' or 'Never'. If it is 'Never', then change it to 'Always'.
You can also go to live chess setting here without log-into live chess. click on this link and in the 2nd 'Game Settings' section, you will find  a option with name "Never chat", 'Uncheck' it if it is checked.Â

And i found that if you disabled it by mistake
Then your chat have gone for ever and can't be enabled again !! REALLY ???!!
Why its so complicated like that ???
Chatting should be the most easiest part for any software engineer specially when there are no voice or file sending
I am fid up and hope the problem to be solved soon
Its annoying like hell when playing here and chatting ok whatsapp :/
