As a new member, I'm beginning to think not. The few questions that I've had were very basic and seemingly could have been easily answered. All messages sent to support still remain unanswered. Not very impressive to this new member.
There is nobody from the staff who regularly answers these questions.
The only way to get a direct answer from staff is to use the Contact form on the Help page. Is that what you mean when you say you have sent messages to support? They usually answer those.

Yes, that is what I used. No reply as of yet. Thanks for your feedback. BTW, how do I accept a draw request?

Yes, l'm familiar with the resign button. Perhaps I'm not communicating exactly what I'd like to learn. That being, how to accept an offer of a draw from my opponent. I have used the draw button to offer a draw however I've yet to understand how to accept the offer of a draw. Thank you in advance to anyone kind enough to help a new member.
