Where is my premium membership??

I had a platinum membership but all of a sudden its GONE!!!!!

No message by Chess.com too..

Nothing anyone in the forums can do about it. Go to Support and report it as a membership or billing issue.

Usually that happens if there was a problem with the payment method. As @David said, you should contact support, if you feel that isn't the issue.

Normally premium memberships automatically renew unless you've specifically told them to not do so. Was your premium membership a gift from someone else? That's the only type that I can think of that wouldn't renew automatically and might be why their system doesn't send out those sort of notifications.

So that means I have to do only 1 puzzle DAY FOR 1-3 DAYS! I am preparing for a tournament

(at least I still have chess tempo so good)
