See the little green pawn at the bottom of the page? Click on help and support there. Takes you to a FAQS page. There is a small box on the bottom left of that page that says "contact support". Rumor has it that clicking that takes you to another page where you can fill out a support ticket. Hope that helps...

I might be missing it, I have looked and can't find it. That's point 1, have some subsequent points when I make contact ... but do enjoy the site very much!
