Very strange. I have never seen or heard of this bug before. Please Report the Bug to the developers using the Help button in the lower left. There will be a Record Screen button that will allow you to show them exactly what is happening so they can fix it or get back to you.

There have been a number of similar reports. A few members found it was an ad blocker, as mentioned by @manekapa. Try disabling that or using a different browser as a first step.
Does Chess.com have one of those "disable ad blocker to continue" popup messages?
Once you enter Live Chess, to the left of the Seek Graph you will see a button that says "Play" Click on that to create a new challenge and be automatically matched to someone near your rating! ... All time controls are sorted into three live chess ratings, Standard, Blitz and Bullet
When i open chess.com in my browser every things works good but when i go to PLAY then i pick any things from the option play or live chess or puzzle nothing show up only white screen i deleted the cache and my browser history and ever things but nothing happend only white screen
