Why can't I access my credit card info and account preferences?

There is no option to adjust my payment method or level of subscription. Can somebody help me out? 

When I go to all settings and then account settings, there is nothing to click on. When I go to account history, there is nothing there, but I sure am getting charged $99 a year. I am beginning to feel scammed by this website. If anybody has any advice I would sure appreciate the help. Thanks

You cannot adjust what does not exist. It does not appear that you are a premium member.

you have not played since 2012.

If you have a receipt, send it in to support@chess.com.

Surely you have a receipt?

I see the account is closed but if you had another account, that one would have the ability to modify things.
