Why can’t I play any custom challenges

Whenever I go to the custom game area and click a challenge it shows the message “you cannot accept this challenge at this moment”. Please help

Post an uncut video of this for us to verify that it happens repeatedly time after time.

Just found out my account was restricted

The only people allowed to tell you that is customer support, right?

No, I tried creating a challenge and it showed me that.

My account is restricted but they don't like to admit to it.  I never got that message.  What did you do to get restricted?  Any ideas?

I used to play a lot in school so I usually had to end a lot of games quickly before my teacher saw my screen, so I just had to close my tabs.
