Why cant i speak to a human on chess support

Chess.com support is the absolute worst support known to man, why as a paying customer request to chat to a real person, every single time i try support i am told i have a poor connection for the reason for my issue, even if the issue is nothing to do with that. Does everyone else think its a complete waste of time

You can but it takes a little persistence. Be sure to explain your problem explicitly, and if none of the answers help, you should get to something like this

but why is there not just an option to directly start a human message chain, as a paying customer youd expect that to just be standard. Instead of having to do a million things just to get to that point. Doesnt make you want to reknew you membership and pay for a poor service

The vast majority of questions are ones that can be answered with existing Help articles and that process helps minimize the number bof tickets that would otherwise need to be handled by staff.

i agree to a degree, but also in my situation this is not the case and the answer is always "have you checked your internet connection" which is completely unrelated to the issue

I asked a question to human support, and after 4 days I got a reply. Then I asked a follow-up question, but I haven’t gotten a reply so far. it’s been more than 24 hours.🤔

The staff member could have a lot of other tickets or be off work for the day.

I am too facing the same issue with the AI bot, it hardly understands the issue. The problem I am facing is that none of the explainer videos and lessons are opening, it simply shows a blank screen. Being a Diamond member I thought they were accessible. This issue has been there from more than 4-5 months, I tried everything but could not find a solution. Can anyone help or connect with customer support?
