Why do I need an activation??

So, 4 days ago I get this message when I try to chat in live chess: 'Your message was not sent because you have not yet verified your email address. Please check your email to verify your account so you can participate fully in Chess.com!', and I cant figure out why. I've tried changing emails and looking at the FAQ's but I can't seem to solve this. i've been a premium member for about 2 years now and was able to chat and communicate with other members before, but since 7/24/2013 I can't chat ,post , add a friend, or blog. So I don't know whats going on

Yes...i think in a while you cannot fart behind the computer without paying the yearly fee for chess.com or at least close 5 adverts first. Looking for other chess playing options.

i had to send in submit a ticket and they thankfully unbanned me xD
