Why do I not receive league trophies when winning?

I read the article regarding this exact issue, but none of those things seem to be the problem. I've been playing 3+0 blitz, standard variant, auto-matching against random people I have no game history with, just like I normally do.

I have been gaining trophies normally, until today when I noticed I don't earn any from winning. I tried to win multiple games just to be sure. If anyone could tell me what I'm doing wrong, I'd highly appreciate it. I've already put many hours to advancing the league this season and will be upset if all that will amount to nothing. Sorry for any mistakes in my English.

The end game dialog can show no trophies if the process that calculates the trophies takes too long to report from the back-end. Your trophy count is actually updating most likely.

The same thing is happening to me. I also can't rename games stored within my personal libraries. collections. Yet the games themselves work just fine when they're being played. Must be some weird sort of server error.

I've verified the library problem and reported it.

Just won a game again in case I remembered my trophy count wrong: I didn't. It's been sitting at 288 for at least five wins now.

Staff are looking into it.

I hope they can retroactively reward us the trophies that we didn't get

It started happening about 3 hours ago. I played five bullet games today (and somehow won all of them) and the trophy counter stopped after the second game.

Yes.  I am having the same issue.  Played 3 games, all within the requirement and received zero trophies.  Not playing if don't know if they will give us back the trophies we earned.  It's always something...

This has been fixed but may take some time to fully catch up.

One member I've been tracking went from 36 almost 120 after the fix without any games played since then. So all the trophies should be added as it works through the backlog.

This issue is still happening for me. I won a few blitz games and one rapid game, and I haven't received any points in the past hour. But other accounts must be getting points because I'm dropping in the standings. Is there something I need to reset in my app?  

You'll just need to wait. The system has to deal with the backlog and continues to receive new data to handle. Once the backlog clears, things should get back to normal.

It works for me again now. I also got my missing trophies added.
