Why does Chess.Com not Ban People who Sexually Harass?

I was playing a game yesterday, and a player started abusing me with phrases such as “[removed -- MS]is my favourite” and worse. I reported him I and NOTHING has happened. How can this be accepted on Chess.com? I would have expected a zero tolerance!
