Why does coach not give me explanations for moves in Game Review

I use my daily free game review but I do not get coach's explanations. This has been happening for some time

In my game review I get this

But my friend on the same review of the game gets coach's explanations

Why do I not get coach's explanations? And how do I get coach's explanations back?

Coach Explanations are a Diamond only feature. Your one full review a day may have them, but nothing beyond that.

But I am not getting the coach explanations, my friend does not have diamond

Same here. Since 5 days ago. Just a "Game review doesn't work at the moment. Our apologies for the inconvenience. We are working on it to solve it."

It looks like you mostly play bot games. I assume it's happening on those?

Martin-Stahl. Yes. Lately I have been playing bots mostly. (Although a few months ago, I also played online against others.) The review seems to work normally again.
