Why flagged for "potentially suspicious" play?

This is the 2nd time this has happened in the past few months.  It slows down seeks making it difficult to find games.  I have over 10k blitz games played and I've never cheated.  A look at my games will show plenty of mistakes.  The first time, I think the "potentially suspicious" flag happened because I had the bad luck to match someone who had his rating boosted but who couldn't play (DrDrunkenstein, he played like a 1200 and was rated 2500) and I won against them.  This person's account was later closed.  I am blameless in this.  Is my account under suspicion because of that?

This is a serious problem!  If it keeps up I may have to switch to a different site.

Usually, the slowed down seeks reflects punishment for too many aborts.

Are you sure that isn't what you were warned about?

I almost never abort games.

Yes, DrDrunkenstein is Carlsen on another site. But on this site, it was DoctrDrunkenstein and that account was not Carlsen and was quickly closed.

A friend of mine had this problem and he said that he either e-mailed chess.com support or messaged them here on chess.com (don't remember which), and they apologized and the problem was solved.
