Why some of the awards are not getting achieved?

For context, I played my first tournament, King of the Hill and Crazyhouse, yet the awards Contender, Higher Ground and Surprise! respectively didn't unlock.

many achievements are glitched and bugged , contact support and get them unlocked manually
