@BronsteinPawn - most the removed notes on this and previous pages were references to Trump, if I recall correctly (someone else removed them; I run across this thread earlier, but since other mods already took actions here, I was just looking over it).

Incidentally, any complains about moderators should be directed via PM to the guy who supervises them all: jdcannon.

Regarding Babaji/molvi/vashikaran spam: most of it is auto-intercepted and nuked even before it gets posted (several dozens of times per day). Some escape, and yes, depending on the presence or absence of mods online, they can persist for 15-20 minutes, then someone notices and nukes them. The spammers are quite adept in submitting them en masse, unfortunately.

Yea david is triggered. I made a thread on donald trump it got deleted. I change my username to donald trump for fun and he reversed it because I was impersonating mr trump apparently. Its all Trump related. If I made my name obama or tupac or sumthing 100% no one cares. But apparently any mention of trump is triggering all the leftist.

I think you can't impersonate anyone who isn't a titled player.

The rules for the forums expressly forbid political discussions. Period.  

The ToS expressly forbid impersonation:  "You agree to not use the Service to: ... impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Chess.com representative, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity."

Making a trump thread without any context can mean anything. Does not denote it is political in nature. You can discuss how hot his wife is, or his life history.

Impersonation suggest an element of intent that can be reasonably proven. If someone make an account with the name Buddha or bin laden does not mean he is pretending to be them when he can argue hes just being satirical or comesic in nature. Take this to any legal jurisdiction and we can go at it all day.
