Wild rating fluctuations?

I am trying to understand something here.  How can this member's Daily rating fluctuate so wildly with so few Daily games played?  Not accusing him of anything, just trying to understand why his rating is increasing and decreasing by dozens of points at a time.

The site uses the Glicko rating system. Part that is a variable of uncertainty called the rating deviation (RD) value.

New accounts and rating pools with few games have high RD values which will create larger changes in rating after games. As more games are played, the RD value decreases, as does the magnitude of those changes.

Longer gaps in play can increase that RD value, so players can see larger swings from that as well.
