Win state contradiction

Clearly it's a bug of some sort, but the record shows my opponent is out of time and there's no win regarding the board itself. Can this be rectified?

I emailed the tech support team with screenshots supporting a win like yours! Normally they should add the points for you unless the opponent had a problem
