Won't get paired

It seems that the system just won't pair me today for some reason. I'm trying to start 3 new daily games, but I am not getting paired. I have 3 "Open Seeks" that have been there for hours (the first one was created 10 hours ago). In my experience, you get paired immediately or within a few minutes max. Something's not right. Can anyone tell me what's going on? I can't imagine everyone suddenly stopped playing 3 day dailies.

A few other members have mentioned it and I've let staff know so they can look into it.

I noticed there are a lot of daily challenges in the Open Challenges graph as well.

I had about 8 open seeks overnight, none of them filled.
Cancelled them all and opened new ones - still nothing.
Can't start new games

I have the same problem. Tried to make the parameters wider but to no avail. I had 3 open seeks for more than 24 hours without any luck. I thought maybe it has to do with that chess has died down over the weekend or something..

You haven't played daily since last year

Well, after one day of waiting all my three open seeks were finally paired. I hope by the next time I need to start a new game this issue will have been resolved...

Same issue for me. It pulled up a bunch of really odd requests with dudes I played like a month ago, then all of my new ones wont pair

Having the same problem in daily seeks. The horror of it all… 😉

I think this has been fixed, though it may take a little time for old seeks to get auto-paired when new ones come in.

I'm also having this problem, I tried to get 6 new daily games going around 28 hours ago and they've yet to be Paired.

You can do that on the website. Go to Play > Games > Daily Games and change to Outgoing Challenges

The problem was just recently fixed and there are a lot of games in the queues. My understanding is the ones already in the queue will get paired when new challenges are made if they match. My guess is the process chooses the oldest outstanding seek first.

It's very possible that the queues should mostly clear up this weekend sometime for most challenges.
