Won't get paired

You can do that on the website. Go to Play > Games > Daily Games and change to Outgoing Challenges

The problem was just recently fixed and there are a lot of games in the queues. My understanding is the ones already in the queue will get paired when new challenges are made if they match. My guess is the process chooses the oldest outstanding seek first.

It's very possible that the queues should mostly clear up this weekend sometime for most challenges.

I am having difficult pairing now (haven't been paired for days).

If you have a high disconnect/abort/abandonment rate, that can happen.
