There are so many people on chess.com, it was probably a onetime thing. However, you shouldn't quit chess.com, diamond membership or not.

Not sure what TC really expected to accomplish here. Even if Chess.com had refunded his money within an hour (unrealistic) he'd still have overdrawn his account and still be slapped with the overdraft fee. Maybe he wanted Chess.com to fix that for him as well (which might explain his upset at having not heard back).

Ah well. TC made a dumb, completely avoidable f*ck up and got stung for it (as should be).
