I have been wrongfully charged in the name of free trial,
I was browsing membership options, it showed me a week free trial and after that a week Rs3799 anually, i opted for the free trial turned on automatic payments, but after that i thought i will be charged after a week, but that was not the case, when i try to cancel Diamond after flur days because it didnt lokked worthy, i saw that my yearly subscription is automatically going on without my knowledge, and i was charged on the same day of free trial, it didnt stop there, it is not allowing me to cancel it,
I have all necessary proof, and it is very poor tactics that the Chess.com is using, i ask for immediate refund for my wrongful subscription
