Yearly Billing

Yearly billing unclear.

The website defaults to yearly billing. I have a visual impairment, so the tiny tiny font saying it was yearly was very unclear. So I nearly fainted when I saw the charge for £100 in my bank account. This needs to get refunded. I have created a support ticket.

With my visual impairment I normally just try to get on with things, but the fact the text is so much smaller then the rest of the website just turns it into an invisible blob. It's not accessible. I've seen others on the website who don't have a visual impairment get caught out.

Luckily I purchased through PayPal so can dispute it, but would rather try and sort it with good faith through chess.con first.

You'll be refunded. It can take a few days to get a response, depending on the number of tickets.
