I love chess.com, the humour and interaction, forums etc. I have played around 10.000 games, still none the wiser, but then I play for fun and not to be a GM. Out of 10.000 games, not ONCE did the game freeze when I was losing. Does not happen often and only happens when I am winning or promoting a

Yes it is annoying but you can quit the app and restart - it works.

This is poor. Game regularly freezes, I lose time even though I would easily won. At least 20 time. Playing on a iPad. Please get it fixed

Dear Chess.com. Sort out the game freezing issue. For users that pay a subscription this is a poor service and I now feel I have to find a new platform. Madness

The iOS problems should have been fixed with version 3.9.16 (2) - see clock stuck? - Chess Forums - Page 5 - Chess.com
