clock stuck?

I'm not sure if they're the same thing and just released by Apple on different schedules in different regions? Check again in a little while and if it's still a problem, we can follow up with our developers.

I was told to post here confirming my app version is 3.9.16(2) and it is. Still having trouble.

Seemingly, this is identical to a recent issue experienced by myself. I am at CENTRAL PARK, NYC. There is a local chess hustler claiming to carry +2000 rating. I won first game he took 2 succeeding. Mine got stuck in the dirt. Wait .... did you say clock?

Bummer - have you got a screen shot of your settings showing 3.9.16 (2) in the App and not just in the App Store?

David, any way of knowing how many people have loaded the update so far? I don't use ios. Are updates automatically loaded like in Android?

yeah I also lost many times because of clock issue it shows that the enemy time is stuck and he is not moving any piece but after some time my clock time is reduced and so i have lost many times especially in bullet games

Beats me - I'm not an iOS developer 🤔 I do have an iPhone and the app, and sometimes I do see updates being installed automatically, but I think that might be related to my personal settings rather than something that applies across board; we'd need @Deepgreene or one of those folks to answer that one.

Android doesn't auto-update apps unless you configure it to.

@menumaster, looks like you're playing 10|0 games - always using wifi? Is the behavior exactly the same in the new version, with respect to the clock freezing, etc.? Frequency of reports of this issue have definitely dropped off, but maybe there is some case or condition we haven't fully accounted for...

@LongD0ngS1lver, likewise... Any difference in behavior since updating the app - or just the same as before?

The play is pretty much the same as ever...I’d say one in three games the clock freezes.
