You cannot accept this challenge

Why is it that nearly 7 out of 10 times i cannot accept a seek/challenge from the live chess seek graph? It is something that started happening to me this year. Maybe like 3 or 4 months ago. I am getting sick and tired of it. It is extremely frustrating. It cannot be because the seeks have allready been accepted and i am a few seconds late, because i click on the seek almost the second it appears. One of the mods pointed out in another post concerning similar issues, that one's account may be under suspicion or whatever and that that could be an issue. So what? Is my account under suspicion or something? Because it frustrates me to the point i am able to hurt my computer. I have refered to these issues in other posts as well, but i'm not receiving any feedback from mods whatsoever

Well, it might help if you told us which challenges you are trying to accept.

Is it live chess? Daily?

A variant?

From what rating level? Are you trying to play way above your rating? Titled players?

Are you using one of the apps? Which one?Or the website?

Anyway, i've contacted support and they came up with some suggestions and so far so good.

Well other people might have the same problems. What were their suggestions?

The suggestions were to clear your cache

But make sure to disable any extensions you've got going when you do. They didn't say if i could turn them back on, which i did, as i like my extensions. I sent them another email about it. But like i said, so far so good.

I have the same issue.

Please contact Support to inquire if you guys are placed in poor sports pool stuck to play other poor sports. If so that could be the explanation if a challenge from a good sports person cannot be accepted by the bad sports person. This happens if you guys abandon too many games. As punishment, staff threw you in the bad sports pool until you learned to stop abandoning your games.

1. i can't accept recommended matches. I used to be able to. Any idea what's wrong?

I also have this problem and I'm definitely not a poor sport. I don't cheat or abandon games.
