There is a bug causing extended wait times; that is supposed to be fixed sometime in Thursday.
That's stupid, I hope chess.com see's this so they can fix this, btw, [another site -- MS] is like this without lessons if u want to move chess websites
There's many wrong things, I haven't chatted with anyone, but I was reporting and I have messages about abusive. Fix it please

I believe the message may be a little generic and may be a result of other players reporting you. It more if a reminder than anything.
my account got restricted I was not aware that aborting games could lead to this.I
need to know how many games can we abort ... I had no clue..I wanna play so bad but now I m clueless and wondering how to fix this

It's based on a percentage of games, however the percentage isn't something that can be seen outside of staff. Just complete the vast majority of your games without aborts or abandonment, and the percentage will drop.
My account is also restricted by such policy and I dont know why they bother us

That is the note I got when I try to play some game...
To make it clear, I have being insulted so many times on the live games that I no longer play against people anymore.
It is blocking me to play the computer, forcing me to play with people that have being consider to have bad sportsmanship so to clear my account eventually... NO! I stopped playing people because they treat me bad, I don't feel like playing the worse people in the website for 2 weeks so I can be consider worthy of playing the computer again.
For probably years now I have being playing only the computer. Please check my games history, I play the computer. I do not play people. My last game against someone was actually months ago, by accident I ended up playing a person instead the computer, so I stressed out about the fact but play the game to be polite to the person... since then I double check I am playing a computer.
Anyway... Today I found the system is telling me that I am lacking sportsmanship... because? I made the computer wait too long before I move? did I say something racist to the computer???
This comes on top to the fact that I can't use the learning tools anymore because they want money... looks like I probably need to take my interest on chess to another website.
And not, I am not filing a support ticket to have the case review... I am playing a computer I can download the program and play the computer locally... I don't need a pile of paperwork to show that I have no offended the computer.

My handle was, "DENVERHIGH" After my wife passed away,
I changed it to my real name, "Rich Colorado" . . .
Chess.com gave my old "DENVERHIGH" handle to someone else . . .
After that person had played 32 games they closed the acct for fair play
Violation . . .
Then they stuck the list of 32 games including my old handle to my account.
Here is the link . . . Click on it . . .

I asked them to correct it but they find excuses not to do anything about it . . .

There's nothing to correct. You changed your username, someone else has it. Those games are their game and not yours. Anything you played while under your old name is still in your archive under your current one.

All the games that person played are linked to my current account.
That account is linked to my real email address . . .
That handle should not be linked to me since they were never played by me . . .
T o m e that isn't a good explanation . . . I never asked about my previous games . That handle denverhigh should not have been used.
Many other members that changed their names will have the same problem if you don't restrict using the first handle .
Please refrain from posting comments on my forums.
I tried to block you but it was not allowed . . .
I wouldn't count on Komodo as a friend. Before you know it, he hooks up with Leela and you are long forgotten.
