Sometimes it says that in a popup when I send live challenges to people.

Well maybe they have Set another time than your live Challenge (e.g. IT Has 3 minutes and they only Accept 10 minutes). Maybe they Blocked live Challenge requests all together.... could be a Lot of thinks. I think you can See whats wrong by looking at their Profile ( might be wrong on this though)

I remember once when I tried to challenge someone to daily and it said that he only accepts challenges from players above 1075 or something. Maybe it just isn't the same in live?
