Last I heard it was still planned but they had a major change come up that had to be completed first.

I am having a similar problem on windows (firefox) for about 2 or 3 days. It is like the whole site is double size, the menu on the left is twice as big, for example, and in a recent game i couldn't resign as the other words were "pushed down" and superimposed onto the resign button. This may be a progression of a minor problem i had for the last few months where after winning a game the "x" in the top right corner of the box which pops up was off the top of the sceen and i had to click elsewhere to close the box. I would really like help with this as is not only asthetically not enjoyable to play with everything blown up, but actual makes it harder to play.

What is the zoom percentage of your browser?

The browser can change the zoom, but it is 100% at the moment and i don't have this issue on any other web page. In fact i notice that when i click on a link on this site it opens the page correctly (everything correct size) but half a second later it adjusts and becomes double size everywhere.

You might try clearing your browser cache. If you have any plugins/add-ons installed, you might try disabling those to see if one of them may be interfering with some of the code.
Im having this problem on my iphone 12 mini. when i play the computer... no problem but if i play a live game the whole h file or a file is missing. until this is fixed ill just leave chess.com alone. btw i have a diamond membership so my membership can only be used when im at home now. uggggghhhhhhh

Okay, it has been 15 dog years -- still a long time.
Resetting the zoom control works for me though its undesirable as the buttons are smaller in all of my apps so a solution to this problem would be good.
Note that i re-downloaded the app after setting the zoom control. Not sure if this is a factor or not. All on iOS 15.1 on iPhone X
Yes, worked for me on iphone 12 mini. You have to turn of ZOOM in "display and brightness", not "accessibility".

Well this is still not a fix, to turn off zoom on iphone setting, it should be done from the chesscom app, turning off zoom can also have consequence on your eyes
Anyone know of another fix besides the Zoom setting? Got a friend on chess.com who can only see about seven columns. Has tried deleting app, reinstalling, and changing Zoom setting.

Until the app gets updated, changing the Zoom setting is the only option for the app.
I have the same problem with iphone x
